Your air is probably turned "on" and "off" by several doors hidden deep inside the instrument panel, usually one each for driver side and passenger side, and another for the center (if center registers are together). They are controlled by vacuum hoses. It is possible that one hose has popped off, kinked, or become obstructed, thereby keeping the door partially shut and not allowing as much airflow.
One side has a faulty temp blend door actuator.

The number 6 cylinder is located on the drivers side front toward headlights, here is the entire order: pass side back by firewall = 1, center=3,drivers side back=5 and the front cylinders are: pass side front=2, center=4, drivers side front=6
Each window is by itself. The rear pass. and front drivers would have nothing to do with the front pass. window. Manual or power it wouldn't make any difference.
Cylinder #1 is front on drivers side. Drivers side is 1-3-5-7 Pass side is 2-4-6-8.
if the drivers side switch works, but not the pass. side the problem is in the pass. side switch. if nether side works it is usually the regulator
