Barking is simply a means of communicating. Barking at other dogs could mean a variety of things.
Dogs will bite one another for a variety of reasons. It could be aggression triggered by possessiveness over a toy, food, space, or other object of value. Aggression can also be triggered by fear, a clash of dominate personalities, or a disagreement over position in the "pack." Aggression between dogs of the same gender is common. However, biting doesn't always mean aggression. Dogs will often mouth or bite one another in play, just like kids will grab or tackle one another. As longs as the dogs aren't hurting one another, it is nothing to worry about. If they are, find out what is triggering the biting and contact a dog trainer or behaviorist.
Well dogs jump on other dogs usual in training and usual if they are in the kennel and don't have much exercise so they want to go out a bit and have fun but for example if they have exercise they don't normally jump on others dogs if they don't want to play. eg if dog number one does not want to play with dog number 2 he will just bark and the other dog will leave it alone the only reason if it does not stop jumping is if they have no exercise
it's a way of saying "hi! do you want to play?"

They can in proportion to their bodies, but they are a small dog, so it wouldn't be as high as some larger dogs can jump.
dog master?????? a dog master might do anything that is inposible for other dogs to do. e.g- might talk - might jump over a bulding and lant SAFLEY! and.......
if you don't socialize your dog with other dogs it will snap at them because it wants to protect you. I know this because we lived on a farm for a number of years and our dog was not used to other dogs. When we moved to the city she would jump snarl and snap at other dogs. This will happen if you don't get it used to people other than ones that it is used to as well. YES SO THEY CAN BOND AND HAVE SEX
Some dogs can but mostly cats jump higher then dogs. But it all depends on what type of dog and what type of cat.
Cause some dogs like other dogs. Even if it was wet or not probably the dog would still greet the other dog.
Dogs jump on other dogs (and people) as a sign of playfulness and over-excitement. Some dogs are naturally very active and boisterous in play or in greeting another dog or a person, and will often display its happiness by jumping and leaping. You can try to curb this behaviour by allowing your dog to calm down before letting off the lead to play or greet other people. Praise the dog when it is calm, and calmly lead the dog away to a quieter spot to calm down if it gets too boisterous.
Dogs Like/sniff other dog butts to get information about the dog. It is a form of communitcating.
