i have a 1999 ford expedition. my subwoofer and amplifer are good but no sound what can i do to fix this
The idle control valve on a1999 Ford Expedition is on the upper part of the engine by the throttle body and fuel injection.
Could be throttle plate is stuck in open position - try to "free" with a screwdriver in throttle throat
I had this too and found the answer today...apparently LINK PINS!
sounds like the right front motor mount .i replaced mine and the clunking sound went away
BELIEVE IT OR NOT, but you don't. the throttle body interior, and throttle plate, is coated with a material to prevent sludge build up. Cleaning it may cause engine performance to decrease.
