Self mutilation performed out of sadness, anger, or depression is a bad sign. This might because she feels that she needs to punish herself for something that may have happened, whether it was her fault or not. You need to talk to her and convince her to see a doctor. Cutting is a very unhealthy behavior and may lead to worse behavior.
Um. I think she's REALLY upset about something because my friend cuts herself with a razor blade too. They sometimes don't want to cut themselfs (she my be addicted.) Just some friendly addvice: why don't ya talk to her push her alittle to get her to talk.
