It's hard to say. While throwing up after meals is a sign of an eating disorder called Bulimia, there are other causes. Certain medical conditions, medications, Allergies, or food poisioning are possible, to name a few.
Well, it is not good if your child throws up from eating healthy food because even if he eats lots of it he's not going to get the nutrition if he throws it all up. My suggestion is to "camoflauge" the healthy food so it isn't as obvious to him. Examples would be adding carrots to your spaghetti sauce or subsituting mashed cauliflower for mashed potatoes.
