Your headlight is leaking, allowing water to enter the lens. when it is on water will burn out the bulb.

behind the headlight is the bulb socket, (wires go into it) grasp it and turn with your fingers. about 1/4 turn, pull back, should pop right out. do not touch new bulb with your bare fingers, as these bulbs will burn out quickly if you do.
Open the hood. look at the rear of the headlight housing. Rotate the bulb holder counterclockwise and pull the bulb out. Disconnect the plug from the bulb. Wipe the new bulb with a clean cloth if it is dirty, or you get your fingerprints on it, or it might burn out.
