The Mylife handheld keeps sutting off for te following reasons:
(1). The batteries are low (They require AAA batteries Please dont use rechargeble batteries).
(2) The longer you play the more the batteries will run out. I recommend not playing the Mylife handeld game for more than 1 hour.

you have 2 hold down B, A and the heart while it's off, then while still holding down those 3 buttons, turn it on, then a message will come up asking u if u r really sure that u want to do this, press A, then another will come up saying that everything will b permanently erased, press A and then u can restart ur MYLIFE
