You have a short in you connections
Check to see if the wiring warness jiggled loose from the radio when you went over the bump. I'd just push and wiggle it in.
The turn signal switch is probably a bit loose, so the bumps are jostling it enough for it to switch on.
Turn the Radio Off was created on 1996-08-13.
well first you have to turn the car on then turn off the radio hit set then you use the scan and seek button to change the time then turn the radio back on and then it is set.
Try pressing the "override button" to the left of the steering wheel, you may have hit it by accident. This will turn the radio off when the key is turned off and the interior lights won't come on.
I suspect that you have a loose power wire...hopefully it is right behind the radio and all you got to do is resecure it well. That could explain why when you hit a pothole it turns off and then touches just enough to turn on later from the movements and then turn off again. So remove the radio and just secure everything and see how it goes...or it could be dirty/coroided so look for that.
Sounds like a loose electrical connection, possibly a loose ground connection.
turn the radio off
NO, if the radio will not turn off it is receiving power so the fuse is not the problem.
You have to clap twice and if that does not work then turn the on botton off.
When you turn your radio on and off, you are simply flicking the switch in the circuit, the same as any circuit with a switch in it. When you turn it on, the switch completes the circuit, and current can flow around the circuit.
