Go to the doctor as soon as possible!
You have a fairly common alergic reaction to alcohol. In most cases it's a non-serious condition, but try and drink as infrequently as possible. Antibiotic and antifungal medicines can contribute to the issue if you're taking those, but in that case continue your medical treatment and cease drinking until your treatment has run its course. There is no cure to alcohol alergies.
I would probably wait a day for the wound to fully clot and if it feels still sensitive with your tongue then it's probably not a good idea to drink carbonated liquids.
