Starter, or motor is locked,,, Turn the motor somehow, listen for A click, if you hear it the starter was jammed, It should start, If you turn the motor and you do not hear A click try it anyway if it still will not try to start it is likely the starter

If the starter motor doesn't turn over, you will need to check both the battery feed to the solenoid and the feed from the solenoid to the starter motor (this is typically a short length of braided cable). I have known this cable to corrode through. If it has, the easiest remedy, is to replace the entire starter motor.

The soleonoid on the starter is bad. When you buy a new starter it comes with the solenoid. Try tapping on the starter with a hammer if it starts after that then this is your problem

Double check the battery cables at the battery and at the engine, be sure they are clean and tight.

Solenoid could be installed incorrectly. Could be electrical connection on the solenoid. Did you re-connect the battery? Could be a bad starter motor...or a stuck starter motor. Sometimes a light tap or two on the starter motor (not the solenoid) with a hammer will free it up.
