Out of round tires. Out of balance tires. If wheels were preowned one may be bent. Rotor retainer clips left on face of rotor, causing wheel to be shimmed away from the rotor at that point causing wobble. Advise more info and I can help. Too many variables. The above is normally the obvious. Not all tire shops specialize in custom wheel balancing either. If not satisfied, get a seasoned tire tech to balance them and get his opinion. If push comes to shove, ask to be diagnosed on a Hunter Road Force Balancer. Your bigger shops have these. They are made to find and diagnose tire and wheel problems. Good Luck!
