wow,can't believe this was a question. The answer is Sub-Zero. He is a cryomancer, so he has ice MAGIC. Mr. Freeze is a dude in a suit, and his Ice would not harm Sub-zero at all (again, CryoMANCER). Plus, Sub-zero can disable Mr. Freeze and run him through with a magic ice Kori Blade before Mr. Freeze can get out one of those annoying frost puns. Sub-Zero is also a Lin-Kuei NINJA, remember.

The screen blacks out when Classic Sub-zero does this in Ultimate MK3 as well as in Trilogy, most likely due to the fact the spine rip in MK1 drawing so much negative attention blacked out to mock the censors. in MK3, this fatality could be used by standing close to the opponent and exeecuting Block, Block, Run, Block, Run. Why is your water tank steaming?
you need anti freeze. this also stops the water from boiling over (will not allow water to turn to steam when heated or freeze in sub zero temperatures).
