because astro- knights or a new island is coming soon so the creators are working on it normally it will say error conecting to database try a bit later. so it will mostly work at night when the creators are not doing all the work on night the new island.and it will work normally when the island is launched to the public.so if you have early access to an island wait till after 8 oclok or wait till the island launches to the public and if your mom says no! its not my problem beg her REALLYYYYYYYYY bad and if you have like limited time on the computer beg beg hope that helped bye......
