That question is hard to answer without checking the car over. It could be either a bad sensor, a bad wire, or a bad fan. In the worst case the computer could be screwed up.
There is a good chance that your radiator cooling fan is not working properly. Some vehicles have a mechanical clutch that causes the radiator fan to operate when the vehicle is stopped or at low speeds. These clutches can wear out and need replacement. Other vehicles have an electric radiator fan that is controlled by a thermostat placed somewhere in the vehicle's engine coolant flow. Electric fans can malfunction and not pull enough air through the radiator to keep it properly cooled. The electric cooling fan's thermostat can go bad too.
If you replaced some of theses already ignore and go down the line # Not enough coolant # Water pump drivebelt defective or out of adjustment # Radiator core blocked or grille restricted # Thermostat faulty # Electric cooling fans blades broken or cracked # Radiator cap not maintaining proper pressure # Ignition timing incorrect
It depends on what kind of car and what year. if it has cooling fans, they can be not operating.
Unless your radiator has a leak, the radiator fluid stays in the radiator.
If you check on Ebay most of these fans go between $15 and $50 depending on their condition. Very collectable though.
It shouldn't be doing that ... an electric fan should be kicking in to help cool the water circulating through the radiator.
the smaller "radiator in the front of the other one" is actually part of your cars air conditioning system. if you are standing in front of your vehicle and are looking into the engine bay, on the passenger side of the radiator will be two metal fittings/tubbing that lead to rubber hoses near the bottom of the "two fans" then these hoses go into the transmission. if anywhere these hoses instead go into a ( say 6 inch by 9 inch "radiator looking contraption" that would be the cooler) if not. then the transmission lines are stock.
No his real number is not online because he doesnt want annoying fans calling him all night asking him "will u go out with me" he has a girlfriend so leave him alone! He will never love u coz he doesnt no u!
Assuming fluid is not lost, and thermostat is not sticking, and water pump is working, and radiator not blocked, must be electric fan not cutting in. I think its switched on by a sensor on the block. Check cut in of electric fan. IF thats working, must be blocked or ineffective radiator.
yes,if she is interested in her fans
At the to of the radiator.
Real easy if it's a 4-cyl. Drain the fluid, remove the hoses, take out the radiator fans, unbolt the little puppy and lift it out. Not sure - go to a junk yard and practice on one in the yard. It's a great place to learn how to do a lot of jobs...
