Why doesn't the Bluetooth on my iPad connect with the keyboard?

You may need to enter a BlueTooth passcode from the keyboard. Hold down the connect or link button on the keyboard, and then go to the iPad. In Settings Bluetooth, look for the keyboard. It may ask you to type in a numeric passcode to pair the two together. Type this in, and the Bluetooth icon should light at the top of the screen.
If you have done this already, your keyboard's batteries may be dead.
