Safari's window (like most Mac software) does not cover the full screen area because that is how a multitasking windowing system is meant to work. Some users of Microsoft's badly designed and implemented Windows operating system find this unusual as they have become accustomed to running applications in a window and that window occupying all the screen. The Glims plug-in for Safari (See links below) adds a full screen option to the Safari menu for those that feel the need.

You might be able to do this by looking on to one account using Mozilla Firefox Browser, and logging into another on Safari Browser, you may have to look up for the downloads.

If you click the restore up button on the browser, you will open your browser as far as it will go. You choose what it does. When you click Reset Safari you will be given choices as to what you want to do. Click Reset Safari and then form the screen that comes up make your choices which is pretty self-explanatory.

There is no way to right click on an iPod touch, however in Safari (the web browser) you can hold your finger down on links and this will allow you to open a link in a new tab or copy the link.
