Because in the US, there cannot be white light emitting from the rear of the vehicle, except for emergency vehicles, (ambulances, firetrucks). Hope this answers your question!
There are not FOG Lights at Rear.
Never known of a car to have fog lights in rear , only reverse lights
In fog you should use dipped headlights or front fog lights. Also you should use high intensity rear ( fog) lights.

Fog lights are (on the rear of a vehicle) bright lights enabling the said vehicle to be more visible in fog, the lights are usually red. If on the front of the vehicle aswell they are usually white lights and are sometimes refered to as spotlights.
Usually they have two.
The rear fog lights are accessable from under the car. You have to reach up and under the rear bumper.
Fog lights are in the front; they are commonly referred to as "brights" because they are the brighter of the two standard headlights. Brake lights are in the rear; they light up when pressure is applied to the brakes or when the car is in park or reverse.
The lowest light on the rear light clusters should come on. You need the ignition and headlights on for it to work
Blown fuse? Damaged buss board?
Turn on the fog lights by pressing the fog light button under the rear window button. when you press it a green light will come on leting you know its been turned on.
