They would freeze solid and die; it wouldn't be a very fun life. Alligators would not do very well in the rivers that freeze thick enough one can drive a bulldozer across it.

As said, it is too cold. Alligators are cold blooded reptiles, and cannot live in the winter temperatures of Alaska. Neither do snakes.
