Why don't the new brakes fit on new rotors on a 1997 mercury tracer?

whenever you replace rotors or pads you must push the piston or pistons back in on the caliper. You can use a large c-clamp pushing against an old pad to do this. Very easy, just make sure your mastercylider does not get over filled. If it does than just use a type of syringe to remove the access.
