Hey...I am 10 years old, and you probably don't want advise from me, BUT, I think I know something what may work, and it worked for me....TRY THIS BECAUSE IT IS VITALLY IMPORTANT AND PLEASE READ!
Step One:
Check your you-tube VIDEO sound.
Step Two:
You find that its on full....sooo.....
Step Three:
On Your laptop/PC sound; what you have checked and is on full, there may be a word sometimes under lined saying 'Mixer' click on it and you will see: Dives, System Sound and internet Explorer; If you are speaking to someone on MSN it may say there email address, anyway, your Internet explorer may be on mute or silent, so just pull the sound up to loader....
Step Four:
You might find your internet sound is working again....
Step Five:
Enjoy your music, game sound, video sound ETC....
