because of the gravitational pull of the sun keeping us in orbit, kind of like a giant magnet.
Rotating
Because we have only one sun in our solar system, because Earth is roughly spherical (like a ball), and because light almost always travels in straight lines (except for a little bit of refraction caused by our atmosphere), the sun is always shining on half of Earth, where it is daytime, while the other half of Earth is in Earth's shadow (nighttime). Since Earth is always rotating on its axis, part of the line between the daytime half and the nighttime half is rotating into Earth's shadow and part of the line is rotating out of Earth's shadow into the sunlight. At the places that are rotating into the sunlight, the sun appears to be rising, and at the places that are rotating into darkness, the sun appears to be setting.
No because remember, earth is always rotating
Yes, since the moon is rotating around the earth, it is not always visible. If it is on the the other side of the earth, then a person could not see it. The difference is that the sun rises and sets because the earth is rotating on its axis, while the moon rises and sets because it is rotating around the earth.
it is always rotating but sometimes you can't see it lololololo, ololololoololol
Yep. The earth is always rotating so if it is the middle of the earth, then you will see that there is.
Because Earth is always rotating so it seems like its the stars that are rotating but its really just our planet that moves.
The day/night cycle results from the Earth rotating.
We do not always see the same side of the moon, because while its orbiting the Earth, it is also rotating on its axis, as does Earth. The rotation of the Earth on its axis is what causes night and day.
No clouds always appear white. It is only night because the Earth is rotating and the Sun is not shining light on that part of the Earth.
it revolves around Earth at the same rate that Earth is rotating so that it is always fixed over the same location
by the earth rotating around the sun while the moon is rotating around the earth.
