One answer Having a bit of meat on your bones doesn't mean that you cant be fit and healthy. Many of the so-called beautiful slim people that strut along the runways are winded after walking for more then 5 minutes. Additional answer I agree with above - I know a lot of overweight people who are extremely athletic and fit.
