basically fiber is not digested during the process of digestion,it will move down the small intestine to the large intestine,it stay with the undigested food and it help in the excretion of waste in human body.

If a person's diet is full of meat but no vegetables, the person might get constipation due to the lack of dietary fiber in his diet.

so eat more vegetables that contain fiber can help those people have constipation.
