To prevent debris and small stones being sucked into it.
The strainer valve on the Mitsubishi Galant 2004, 2005, 2006 models is located next to the engine manifold.
A foot valve is something that you eat with your foot
Cleaning the Pressure Reducing Valve Strainer Screena. Turn water to the PRV off by turning off the main waterline leading to the PRV - this valve is usually located where the waterline enters the home. Leaving the water on during cleaning may cause flooding.b. Ensure no one is using water during this procedure.c. Have a bucket handy to catch the water in the household pipes, which drains back.d. Unscrew the Strainer Plug which is a large cap screw on the upstream side.e. Remove and clean the stainless steel Strainer Screen.f. Reinstall Strainer Screen, and Strainer Plug.g. Carefully turn water back on, and examine the system for leaks.Note; If the main line water pressure is too low, there is no valve that can increase the pressure. Only a pump could do this.
does it have a ecotek valve fitted?
you need a turbo first!!
No, U cnnot accomodate it without pipe sppol, because of isolation.
Are you sure you don't mean 'foot valve' - this is the valve at the bottom of a well suction pipe when you use a jetpump. I've never heard of 'foot trap'.
Hi! 2004 astra 1.4 16 valve enjoy model is an egr valve fitted to this model? (enjoy) thanks
It will only work properly if you put it very close to the foot valve. In which case you may as well replace the foot valve - it's not difficult to do. If you put it at or near the pump, the pump will just suck air.
Excessive pressure in the compressor, after the first stage (or how ever many stages there are). Excessive pressure could be caused by shut/ blocked discharge valve. There will also be a relief valve fitted to the intercooler, should one of the tubes burst. This would let air into the water side and suddenly increase the pressure in the intercooler, so a relief valve is fitted.
There is not one, this particular ATV has a strainer mounted inside the tank and can be seen by taking the fuel cut off valve.
