This is a great question, but ouch! This is a hot topic and some people are for it and some are not. People as a whole need to do more research on the matter as I have and found that some people think scientists are killing fetus'. They use the after birth as well and the umbilical cord. One can't make a genuine decision when it would help so many people with MS, etc., without knowledge. If science can keep it's moral standards up then there is no reason the government shouldn't dip into their over abundance of money in their coffers and fund stem cell, BUT organizations should also take up the beat and not put the heavy load on the government alone.
AnswerAlthough some people are for stem-cell research and some are against it that has nothing to do with whether or not the government should fund it. If there were advances to be made the private sector would be pouring money into research. Not to mention that the role of the government is not for funding this type of thing. The founding fathers are probably turning around in their graves. Government is getting way too big. They should run the military, the highway system etc. This question is unanswerable. It isn't that they should or they shouldn't, everybody has there opinion about this question. the best answer I can give is it is unnatural and It doesn't need to happen.
the government really doesn't have a profound role in the stem cell research. The only thing they do is figure whether they want to fund it or make it legal or illegal
The US govenment is touchy on the subject of stem cell reserch waiting for public approval before funding is increased. Further more the ethnic impact is a question in the matter.

THEY ARE FUND ONLY IN AUSTRALIA.
A plan wherein investor systematically transfers some specified amount from one fund to another fund. Normally, an investor goes through this route to transfer in a phased manner from fund of one category (like from Debt/liquid) to fund of other category (like Equity/Diversified) or vice versa. Unlike SIP or lump sum investment, it entails the benefit of receiving two-way returns instead of mere investing in a particular fund only. For example, an investor can achieve returns on his liquid investment (where he is invested lump sum) along with systematically allocating SIPs to Equity Fund (where he is transferring his STP) and earning returns on equity portion too.
