It means anywhere His name has been mentioned, He will put Baraka in it or He will protect it from any Satans interference. We seek protection from Allah, when we say Bismillah-ir-Rahman-IR-Rahim. No Bismillah, no Baraka.
It's been used as oxygen in our lives. Whatever we do, we say Tasmia first. I can't remember where or when we don't say Bismillah.

He may forgive any other sin, but He shall NEVER forgive Shirk, it's the Greatest Injustice. All that has been declared illegal (Haram) by Almighty Allah in the holy Qur'an or by Prophet (SAW) in his doings or sayings.

Are angels better than we humans in Islam?
Angels and human beings are two different creatures of Almighty Allah. They have been created from different material. They have their own particular duties. The Angels have no choice but to obey Almighty God. Humans have the choice of doing good or evil. Those human beings who LOVE Almighty Allah are held dearer than He holds Angels. I don't think that there is any need of comparing the two.
