ok...sooooooo, this totally happenned to me...and it was because I have myself automatically logged into my personal lap top, but I also logged into a land line computer...you cant be logged onto anywhere twice at the same time...does that make sense?...they disabled it because it looked like you were hacking into your own thing...being on it at more than one computer...orrrrrrrrrrr...you were sending chain mailings that people reported...either way you should be fine in a day or two :)
Your Gmail account must have been disabled due to various reasons. Inactivity for long time might lead to that. Violation of rules of Gmail is also a reason.
