Try adjusting the dimmer on the control for the dash light. If ti were a fuse, you would have no lights and that would never be a bulb issue. How's your alternator??
There may be an issue with the relay switch going to the radio lights. There may also be an issue with the fuse.
If you do not have working tail lights on your GMC vehicle it may be an issue with the wiring or your lights may be burned out.
