There have been animated movies made already. If you were asking about a live action version of "Batman Beyond", than the answer is no. There was some talk about a "Batman Beyond" live action film shortly after the animated series aired but nothing came of it. It is doubtful that a film based on the series will come anytime soon due to the success of the Christopher Nolan "Batman" film series. Warner Bros. and DC are not going to want to produce a "Batman" film that might fail and possibly sour the Christopher Nolan series at the moment. Should Nolan choose not to return for a third film and 'should' the sequel to "The Dark Knight" fail, Warner Bros. might once again consider making a "Batman Beyond" film.
