As stated above, Hitler hated allot of peoples, even the Japanese were not really his type of Ally. In fact he remarked once that the planned Olympic Games to be held in Tokyo, would depend on how he was feeling. For practical purposes, his main efforts would surely have been concentrated on the Jewish people. It's doubtful he planned mass executions of other major groups of peoples.
