Abraham had two children, Ishmael, who was born outside of wedlock when Abraham tried to fulfill God's promise to him, that is, that his descendents would be as numerous as the sands of the sea. Hitler really hated all the Arabs, Muslims, Jews, Gypsies and the other Christians that is why he planned to killed them. As stated above, Hitler hated allot of peoples, even the Japanese were not really his type of Ally. Muhammad preached tolerance for Christians and Jews as People of the Book because they recognize the God of Abraham as the one and only god. Another reason is that Christians and Jews practice faiths that have been revealed through divine ordinances.
