one of the two things could be the problem. 1) you have a tube that goes from the heat/ac that allows water to leave the heater box to the outside, check to see if it is stopped up, if so run a clothes hanger up into it to unstop it, but if it is clear then go to next step. 2) heater core leaking, remove and replace
