Well, it may be because he doesn't know how to use them and he has no patience. They also generate heat...and we all know the species of Dillon hates, I mean really hates, heat. Now, we all know that is incorrect, but his exaggeration just shows how much hatred and who knows what else he has towards computers. Also, he wants to say that, why the hell do we not have a cure for the stomach flu!? Yes, by the way, the species of Dillon is weakened and nearly killed by stomach pains...stomach flu has a 95% chance of killing them! That is all!
