That's a matter of opinion. I don't think it's "the Best" Horror film. If you believe it is, good for you.
yes it is the best horror movie ever
This question calls for an opinion and opinions differ. Do not remove answers simply because you disagree with them. This is a matter of opinion, but some of my favorites are The Birds, The Shining, and (comedy horror) Young Frankenstein.
The original Psycho is the best horror film ever. or Halloween, a nightmare on elm street, the Texas chainsaw massacre, or hellraiser. but not Friday the 13th

No, the scientist created the monster. Did you ever heard of Frankenstein's monster. This proves that he made the monster.
no he didn't
who was the first person that invented scarey movies was
yes. It asks us about ourselves, actions, thoughts and dreams. That's what a classic horror does. Read Frankenstein by Mary Shelly one of the best books ever written, and try to get inside her head. Just how could a woman nearly two hundred years ago live a life that allowed her to think in those ways. It was first published anonymously in London in 1818.
Lon Chaney, Jr. played the Wolfman in the movie by that name and also in "House of Frankenstein" (1944); Frankenstein's monster in "Ghost of Frankenstein" (1942); and the mummy in "The Mummy's Tomb" (1942) and "The Mummy's Ghost" and "The Mummy's Curse" (both 1944). I don't believe he ever played Count Dracula but he did play the SON of the Count in "Son of Dracula" (1943). All these films were produced by Universal. British actor Christopher Lee played Frankenstein's monster in "The Curse of Frankenstein" (1957); the mummy in "The Mummy" (1959); and Count Dracula in several films, beginning with "Dracula" (1958; released in the US as "Horror of Dracula"). All of these were produced by UK studio Hammer Films. I don't think he ever played a werewolf. Best I can do.
Victor Frankenstein never directly killed anyone, but his creation killed Justine Moritz, William Frankenstein, Henry Clerval, and Elizabeth Lavenze.
We're not called Frankenstein we don't know absolutely everything!!Why don't you join and help us? We try our best.
No, there is no book to the film. Still to this day, one of the weirdest films I've ever seen though.
