Hillary Clinton is being sued for wrongful death and defamation by the parents of two people that were killed in Benghazi.
There are accusations that Hillary's use of a private email server contributed to the deaths of the Benghazi attacks. The lawsuit states, "The Benghazi attack was directly and proximately caused, at a minimum by defendant Clinton's 'extreme carelessness' in handling confidential and classified information." The claimants believe that these actions allowed sensitive information to fall into the hands of the terrorists, which led to the attack.
Clinton Spokesperson, Nick Merrill, replied to the suit by stating "While no one can imagine the pain of the families of the brave Americans we lost at Benghazi, there have been nine different investigations into this attack and none found any evidence whatsoever of any wrongdoing on the part of Hillary Clinton."
