*No Spoilers Here*
Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep is not Kingdom Hearts III. Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep is the newest game in the series and is for the Sony PSP. Tetsuya Nomura (director and designer for Kingdom Hearts) has said that Kingdom Hearts III will be started once Final Fantasy 13 is all finished up. Birth By Sleep is 'Episode 0' as Nomura likes to call it. "It is on the same scale as the main Kingdom Hearts games". It takes place about 10 years before the events of the first Kingdom Hearts and features three new protagonists: Terra, Aqua and Ventus (Ven) on a journey to locate the missing Master Xehanort and his partner Vanitas. Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep was released on January 9th, 2010 in Japan and is scheduled to be released sometime during the summer of 2010 in America. (or so Square Enix claims)

Kingdom hearts 3 isn't based on a different series, your thinking of birth by sleep which includes Terra, Aqua, and Ventus. Kingdom hearts 3 is going to include mainly Sora the (Creator said so) Edit: just to improve his answer Kingdom hearts birth by sleep is a upcoming psp title which is a prequel to kingdom hearts
Final Fantisy Kingdom hearts was based of the series
No. A manga has been adapted by Shiro Amano, which is published under Tokyopop, but there is no Kingdom Hearts anime.
No, not at all. Kingdom Hearts is made up of Disney-oriented fables and Final Fantasy mythology. There isn't a "higher power" mentioned in any of the games, and there's no religious influence. Catholocism has nothing to do with Kingdom Hearts.
No one really knows for sure. But Kingdom Hearts is based about having all the hearts of people's into one place (Kingdom Hearts)
This is a MMO that is based off of Kingdom Hearts.
Well, there is Reverse/Rebirth where you play as Riku.
the last answer was Wrong they will never make kingdom hearts for 360 as kingdom hearts is owned and made by Buena vista games owned by Sony and they have announced kingdom hearts 3 will be in production for the playstation 3 after final fantasy 14 comes out
Everybody from Organization XIII is made by the maker of Kingdom Hearts, they are not used from another Disney program
Yes, Tetsuya Nomura has said though there are many restrictions, they will at some point have a Kingdom Hearts movie made. (YAY!!!!!)No, Kingdom Hearts is not a movie, it is a series of video games.~Amber
Unfortunately, there is no listing for a German play that was based on the video game, Kingdom Hearts. It's possible that there may be a small, local production based on the play that has not gained much fame.
Although there is no way of knowing for certain if Nintendo characters will ever be in a Kingdom Hearts title, we can assume that they will not, because of numerous factors. Kingdom Hearts has had plenty of titles for Nintendo systems, but has never included characters (other than Kingdom Hearts originals) that were not of Disney or Final Fantasy origin. To deviate from this universal rule would destroy the structure of the series. Perhaps, in the future, they may have certain Nintendo-based worlds, such as "Hyrule" (Legend of Zelda) or "Mushroom Kingdom" (Mario Brothers), but nothing is certain. Tetsuya Nomura (Kingdom Hearts creator/character designer) has never discussed or mentioned the merging of the Kingdom Hearts Universe with any Nintendo based franchise. The only hint (if anything) of Nintendo characters making a cameo in a Kingdom Hearts title, is the short interview where Tetsuya Nomura mentioned a Wii-Exclusive Kingdom Hearts. This doesn't necessarily indicate that Nintendo characters would be featured, but it still could broaden the series, and possibly even contain Nintendo-based content. Who knows? Nomura may decide to include a full-on "Nintendo World" featuring a multitude of Nintendo characters, such as Donkey Kong, Link, Pit, and many others. This is highly unlikely, but still interesting to think about.
