Their meat contains a lot of fat because they uses the cheap ones in market. Also, they use lots of oil to cook and grill these things, they're too oily such as the hash browns and french fries.
and they have alot of trans fat (man made fat)
Eaten in moderation its fine. Do some research don't rely on ther peoples emotional opinion to form your own.
BTW if it had no nutritional value no one would get fat from eating it. So it does have nutritional value perhaps more than it should. Eating burgers and fries all day every day will always make you fat regardless of where it comes from.
Mcdonalds food does not contain trans fat.
Because its junk food so it will make you fat and in the milkshakes it has 13 spoon fulls of sugar in it
