I know that the Qin Emperor did have some impact on China, but so did some other Emperor's. I know that Qin made the Emperor's silent Army and that he wanted to be rememberd forever.... but he died because of drinking a potion he thought would make him live forever. Qin did do some great things like making the Emperor's Silent Army but remember he did have a real army but the one he made made is the ones out of clay that was his way of being remembered forever.... so i guess in some ways Qin Emperor was a kinda important thing for China.

There isn't a dynasty that are the strongest dynasty of China. Some times the dynasty is stronger, sometimes the dynasty s weaker, so it depends on the time you're talking about. For example, when the Shi Huang Di just unifing China, the Qin dynasty was very strong, but when his son ruled China, the Qin dynasty became really weak.
Qin Shi Huang was the first emperor from China (united), as the difficulty to unify such vast country he entitled himself as son of the dragon (there's a saying that is translated something like "son of the dragon" which means that you r very fortunate and lucky), so he uses of this saying and entitled himself as son of the dragon. He putted dragons on his flags and robes, if the dragon was already a holy symbol, now the dragon meant the emperor himself. He restricted the five-fingers dragon to himself, so nobody could use or show a 5-finger dragon, because was his symbol. (and sorry for my english!)
