Bulls are herbivores because they are merely the male or masculine version of the cow, which is a female mature bovine that has given birth to one or two calves. Cows are herbivores, which mean they only eat vegetation like grass, thus bulls are also herbivores as well. Thus, bulls also only eat grass, like a cow would.
