Open your eyes and look; the Moon is often seen in the sky at the same time as the Sun.

Technically, the sun and moon are in the sky at the same time for some part of every day,

although the moon may be difficult to see in daylight when it's in the skinniest phases.

The moon is seen in the daytime because it is like a planet and you can see it when it is full and the sun is also shining at the same time. But what I am going to propose here is that you can see them next to each other. On December 2011 I was riding the bus about 10:00 am and looking at the moon in the sky. Suddenly a bright light appears right next to the moon. Imagine seeing a bright white dazzling light right next to the moon. This bright light was on and then gradually turns off and then on three times all the time next to the moon. It then stayed on for a few minutes and then turned off. This might have been an unusual phenomenon but it did happen.

Because a full Moon has to be on the opposite side of the Earth from the Sun. The full Moon always rises around sunset and sets at dawn so will never be seen in the noon day sky.

they do half the time, if the moon is by the sun you won't see it because the intensity of the sun will overpower it

Because a full moon is pretty close to opposite the Sun. So the Moon is on the other side of the Earth at Noon.

What are the sun and moon never seen together?

I have seen the moon and sun together right next to each other. The moon was full in the daytime sky and as I watched it from the bus window the sun appeared right next to it as a glaring bright white light. It stayed there for a few minutes, disappeared and then appeared again. Stayed there hext to the moon and finally dissappeared. It was beautiful and amazing and showed me what God can do. The full moon is created when the moon is in what position?

At the Full Moon, the Moon is on the side of Earth that is opposite from the Sun (i.e. behind the Earth as viewed from the Sun), so that the face of the Moon that we see is the half that is illuminated by the Sun.At any other time, we see "phases" of the Moon, because the Sun is illuminating part of the "far side", the face of the Moon that is never seen from Earth.

What naked eye planets that NEVER appears next to a full moon Venus Mars Jupiter Saturn?

Inferior planets (Mercury and Venus) can never be opposite to the Sun, since they are nearer to the Sun than we are. Therefore, it follows that they can't be seen next to a full moon, which is opposite to the Sun in the sky.

You will never see a crescent moon during sunrise and before sunset because the moon rises and sets with the sun and when the crescent moon is visible, it is typically seen later in the evening or early in the morning.
