fuse gone: check fuse box, if not wire loose at horn, or at switch button
The wiring could be loose at a connection that feed the dash cluster. The fuse box could also have a loose connection.
The switch could be bad. There could be a loose connection on the fuse box, or on the rear of the instrument cluster.
If you mean a residential fuse box, then there is a few possibilities: 1: A loose connection in the circuitry is drawing a current near the limit af the fuse. 2: A apparatus is drawing a current near the limit of the fuse. 3: The breaker itself is worn - replace soon.

you have to take 2 bolts loose and turn the fuse box over and remove the bottom cover, then facing upright again, notice clip at left side of fuse box. This will allow you to push the fuse out of the bottom of the holder and get to the 2 bolts that need to be taken out to remove the fuse the 80amp fuse.

It's most definitely a fuse in the fuse box on the drivers side next to the pedals. Pretty sure it's like a 15 or something fuse.
