It might not be from her vagina. Cats have 2 glands on either side of their anus which sometines getts plugged up. Go to the Vet to have them drained. It could lead to an infection of the glads if they do not function properly.

Kittens are made when a female cat and a male cat love each other they have sexual intercourse. The male cat's penis goes into the female's vagina and the sperm meets the eggs, fertilizing them. After 6 to 8 weeks the female cat gives birth to 1 to 7 kittens.
A male cat is NOT called a "cat." The proper name is "Tom." Thus, a female cat is called a "Molly." However, if a female cat is pregnant or nursing, she is referred to as a "Queen."
A cat can be male or female A female cat is known as a she cat. A male cat is known as a tom cat.

Discharge comes from the vagina. The vagina naturally cleans its self by discharging anything that doesn't belong up there.
Discharge is normal when you are female and it will increase certain times of the cycle and you might need a thin pad then. There is nothing you can do. Discharge is used for cleaning out the vagina and keep it healthy.

If your cat is intact (not spayed/neutered) and very young, it may be difficult to tell. However, if you feel around the genital area, below the anus, a male cat will have two lumps indicating testes. A female will not have testicles and instead had a vaginal opening that can be seen a short distance below the anus. In an older intact cat the testicles will be more pronounced and easy to see. A female's vagina will also be darker and more pronounced. In an altered cat, a male will not have testicles, but will also lack a vagina. A spayed female cat will still have a vagina. If you are still confused on how to tell the gender of your cat, I'm sure if you ask a breeder or veterinarian they will be able to quickly tell. Here's also a link with more detail (and pictures) to help you determine the sex of your cat. http://www.vetmed.wsu.edu/ClientED/kittengender.aspx
Discharge is linked to puberty and not breast size. Discharge is what cleans the vagina.
