Chocolate contains stimulants such as, theobromine and phenylethylamine. Theobromine is closely related to caffeine, which shouldn't be given to anyone with a mental illness because of a psychotic episode risk. Phenylethylamine is a compound related amphetamines. It causes dopamine and norepinephrine surges when ingested, that is, if it can survive MOA-B oxidation. There seems to be a close relation to schizophrenic patients having high PEA levels, which could very well mean their MAO-B levels are extremely low.

Yes, but you cannot drink fruit drinks, energy drinks, sodas, etc. Only water.
I personally do not drink soda but the facts show that the average person drinks 2-3 sodas a day.
Non-alcoholic traditional beverages include hot chocolate - it was invented in Mexico (Aztec: xocolatl), (Maya: chocolha) - atole which is a masa-based traditional hot beverage, champurrado which is a mix of chocolate and atole, or agua de horchata, which is a beverage made of rice. You should note however, that Mexican people drink many other drinks, such as coffee, sodas, and milkshakes.
Yes - all sodas and fizzy drinks are carbonated. Plain water is sometimes simply called Soda Water.
Mainly not. But there is some in only caramel brown colored cola-drinks.
It depends on what your diet allows you. Sodas are high calorie drinks with little in the way of nutrients.
