Maybe she feels more comfortable with her mother. There's also a factor of gender issues. Daughters are closer to mothers and sons are closer to fathers.

I disagree with bonik .. that's why we have the term daddy's girl and mama's boy. Perhaps its just a personal choice on the daughter's end why she chose to move with her mom instead.

Yes, as long as the mother realizes that she is still responsible for the daughter. The daughter lives where the mother wants her to live.

Why would your daughter boyfriend want to move in with her mother?

because he likes the mother more than the daughter, and only uses the daughter to get close to the mother (in this case, the plan to move in). If the daughter in question lives with her mother, then he may just want to be closer to the daughter.

You live in tx with your daughter hate it and want to move back to ny but she cant come should you go anyway?

make yourself happy then she will be happy i would say it matters what you have going for you in tx. Are you with the mother of your child? Do you have a good job? Would your child be supported if you moved back ? If you are not with the mother and she can take care of the child and you are not happy then I say move back to ny for awhile and then maybe come back or have her visit you when things are set up. If you are with the mother- woudld she move back with you? If the mother could not take care of the child then no i woudl not move because you have to take care of your child. My boyfriend and I recently went through this and he moved back to where he was from only to realize he missed me and our son and came back.

Can your 17 yr old daughter move out of her fathers home and move in with you her mother you live in Florida?

Assuming Dad has custody, then he would have to agree to let daughter move in with you OR you would have to petition the court for a change of custody.

In Florida can your sister force her 16-year-old daughter to move back home after she gave her permission to live with you?

Yes, if there is not a court order granting custody or guardianship to the relative, the mother has the legal right to have her daughter returned to the family home, by whatever means necessary.

What I would suggest is to not FORCE him to pay, but at least TRY to TALK HIM INTO IT.

Can i move in with my mother-in-law if i am 15 years old and pregnant and not wanting to live with my parents?

If she's actually your mother in law, that would mean that you're married, and thus no longer in the control of your parents.

Would it be weird if you wanted a boy back?

No, there is nothing weird about wanting a boy back, but that doesn't mean you will get him back. All you can do is try, but if he ignores you or says no then it is time to move on in your life.

Make a mother move back to the state the father lives?

Whether or not you can make the mother move with her child back to the state where the father lives depends on the original court order, where you live, and what is best for your child. If you don't have a court order that specifies that the mother must remain in a certain state, you'll need to petition the court to make her move back. If the court believes that it is in the best interest of the child to live in the same state as the father, the mother may be ordered to move.

Where is the small of your back?

It's the lower part of your back. It's usually right above where you wear your pants at. People often touch the small of your back when they are moving past you or wanting you to move forward.
