No he would be referring to his Father's name. In original manuscripts like the dead sea scrolls it can be found as YHWH. Generally it is accepted as Jehovah. Some argue this not correct and since a common agreement cannot be reached it shouldn't be used. Wouldn't you want your name said if it differentiated you from others even if it is said a little wrong. I've gone to other country and they don't always say my name exactly right but I appreciate the effort. It is very hard to become a personal friend of even god without using his name, not his title.
