Does Harley Quinn die in Harley Quinn's Revenge?
She falls off a cliff. But even then she doesn't actually die, because we see her towards the end of "Batman: Return of the Joker" in her 60s or 70s. And she's not into crime anymore at that point, so she probably dies of old age.

Harley Quinn speaks with a Brooklyn accent, so try to speak like that. For example, instead of saying "jerks", she says "joiks", so make sure to do this often too. When Harley speaks to, or mentions the Joker, she most commonly refers to him as "Puddin'" or "Mistah J". Quinn also tends to speak in a higher pitched voice.

In the end of arkham asylum, joker was defeated in his titan form and later returned to normal. He was still in arkham asylum when you fought, so he just had to be captured by police. Harley Quinn escaped the asylum's police and broke out the joker when he purposely got solitary confinement by digging a guy's eyes out with a spoon. They eventually had to swim to the shores of Gotham, but they found that the half they were on was changed to arkham city.

She fell obsessively in love with him and aided him repeatedly in his escapes. Eventually when he was returned to the asylum badly injured after a battle with Batman, she donned her harlequin costume and became his devoted sidekick, assisting him in his criminal activities. She definitely displays all the symptoms of hybristophilia, basically getting turned on by associating with a partner known to have committed an outrage, or crime - especially something such as rape, murder, or armed robbery. Quinn's relationship with the Joker is really twisted. The Joker is typically abusive and manipulative towards Harley, but, there is still a lot of (really weird - as only the Joker could be) playfulness between them, sometimes camaraderie and even affection towards her.
