you might want to change your filter and clean your coils and make sure you have enough freon in your unit, if that don't solve the problem then you have leaks in your ducts. duct repair usually costs about 2 to 3 hundred dollars but check your local power company and ask if they have an energy efficient program that'll pay for half that cost. mine did.

Check the vacuum line for leaks. The air flow gate may not be closing completely.
this one is easy your switch the controls the vents is not working there is a flap the closes the defrost vents so that it goes through the other vents or there is a vacumn line that is controlled by the switch, and its leaking. The vacumn line is usually on the engine side of the firewall. It is a very small plastic tube comming out of the middle of the firewall at the top and it connects to a junction with other vacumn lines. See if any of them are disconnected.
If the air flow used to be greater it is probably a dirty filter.
If that vehicle has a cabin filter, the filter may be plugged up and in need of changing.
This is very common on many vehicles and its either a broken, cracked or removed vacuum line.......
Freon, or same, has likely leaked from the system. You need it recharged. Likely need to fix the leak. Call a professional.
Check your blend door for proper operatin. Check your ac gas level. make sure your condenser and orice tubes are not stopped up.
If it is coolant, it will have a heavy smell. Condesation is very common especially in humid climates. Another way to tell is feel. If the liquid from the vent feels oily, it may be coolant.
Hydrothermal vents can get very tall. Many of them are as tall as a three story house.
If the temperature cannot be changed for any of the direction settings, e.g., defrost, vents, floor, then the problem is very likely to be the blend door actuator motor.See "Related Questions" below for more
