Id suggest taking the plate around it that holds the screws that adjust it out and make sure the adjusting screws aren't warped or anything like that
there are screws on the left side for horizontal and right for the vertical you just adjust it the best time of the day doing it is when its dawn so you can see the screws and you can see what you are adjusting! goodluck!
