Why it is advised to tie any luggage kept on the roof of the bus with rope?

So that the luggage is not blown off the roof of the bus by any wind. You may object, and say that it would take a 50-mph wind to blow your heavy luggageoff of the bus. But this is, after all, the Relativitycategory we're working in just now; so wemust note that if the air is calm and the bus is driving down the road at 50-mph, the effect onthe luggage is exactly the same as if the bus were calm and the wind were blowing past itat 50 mph. The luggage can't tell the difference. So long as the speed of the air relative tothe luggage is 50 mph, the luggage doesn't know whether itself is moving or the air is moving.Either way, it will leave the roof of the bus if you do not tie it down.

How will baliwag transit deal to their customers and suppliers?

How will they deal? ... Well I'll tell you how they dealt with their customers. Last September 1, 2008, around 6:30-7:00am . I reached Cubao Station from the Airport, look for the Hagonoy bus bound. I had three (3) luggages, I only had two arms...so I had difficulty carrying my luggages. The driver saw me struggling with my bags... then ignored me. So I carried all my bags inside the bus.. I was planning to pay two seats coz I put my bags beside me so I occupied two seats... but I was so furios of how the driver ignored my dilemma. And so the bus rolled... We reached Hagonoy.. I was supposed to get down in San Agustin ... but the driver ignored my " para po". So as I disembarked from the bus with my 3 luggages in the next street.. again I struggle with my luggages.. the driver and the conductor saw me... look at my dilemma... then ignored me! how kind! If only I have any other choice I will never ever again ride a Baliwag Transit bus . Now I missed Royal Eagle.

Unless it has passenger seats to ride on the roof is very dangerous. The roof of a bus is not flat, nothing to hold on to, and speed plus gravity are at work not to mention things like bridges and overpasses.

Is it ride in the bus or ride on the bus?

Strictly speaking, you would ride "in the bus" because to be "on the bus" would mean that you are on the roof. However, people often say that they ride on the bus when they mean that they are sitting or standing inside it.
