Some animal in zoo that are in cage can effect animal mentally. In natural, they consume their energy by running, walking, jumping, climbing, hunting, hiding, playing and so on. Captive animals are extremely bored. They forced their energy through those banal movements in the small available space, like constant tours of the cage. This has severe physiological and mental effects. Animal turn violent or fearful and their metabolism is totally affected, the effect being either weight loss, wrong molting, deformed walk and other or, by opposing, size, lack of interest. This changed strongly the usual look of species.
Actually, it's not fully bad to keep animals in zoos. In some cases, it's good to keep animals in there. Some people think it is just horrid to keep creatures locked up in a cage all their life. Yes, it may be sad; however, some animals at the zoo were born directly in the zoo itself, so the ones that are born there, it's best for them to stay in there than going into the wild with hardly any experience. Also, some animals that are in the wild get hurt, and sometimes the injuries are too bad for the animal to go back into it's natural habitat, so they ship it off to the zoo for it to be cared for the rest of it's life.
All of them
They're not, they're bad for the animals
There are good things about a zoo, like the fact we get to see animals up close, and they can be studied. The bad would be the animals are not in the wild.
It depends on what kind of the animal. They normally have to feed them and wash them.
The zoo management normally takes care of the animals by providing them with food. They also treat the sick animals and keep visitors safe while at the zoo.
A zoo keeps animals in cages and feeds them. Nature Reserves keep animals in an open but fenced area and don't feed them
in zoo's
Animals are kept in the zoo for display so that people that go to the zoo can appreciate the animals that are kept there. This is because many of those animals cannot be seen or viewed in the environment very often, especially if the animal is foreign.
Zoo animals aren't typically relocated for a tsunami or other natural disaster. Since a tsunami usually hits with little or no warning, there isn't much zookeepers can do to keep them safe. many animals have a sense that something bad is about to happen and will protect themselves and their young in the best way they can within the confines of the zoo.
they kill them sometimes for meat
it is bad for animals to be in a zoo because they cant be free and run around Cage Zoos are a JAIL for those poor animals. Circus is the display of well trained prisoners. The worst of it, the people there THINKS they are doing good for the animals!!
yes it is harsh they should have their own habitat.
