Though obscenity should be ban it is difficult because it would mean changing the American constitution. This is because baning obscenity would violate certain obscene persons freedoms of speech and press.

∙ 7y agoSomething that is obscene can vary between people. What I can consider obscene you may not consider obscene. The society standards have eroded and there are no longer boundaries between what is or isn't obscene.
